A full body Swedish massage tailored to your body’s needs incorporating various massage techniques to increase overall blood flow and sooth & relax the muscles. This massage is designed for the athlete, weekend warrior and those preferring a more restorative massage. This service combines heat, electric massage tool, stretching and deep tissue work to assist with muscle recovery, release tension/knots, and increase range of motion. This massage is performed in your home on a heated massage table accompanied by your choice of Signature Cloud 9 massage oil or Beyond Cloud 9 massage oil and 1 oz Beyond Pain Away salve (your to keep after treatment).

Mother to be and New Mother Massage
This massage is the perfect treat for pregnancy. This soothing massage is performed with pillows in the side lying position and includes a full body massage to help decrease swelling and tension in arms and legs as well as relieve aches and pains from head to toe. Try a post pregnancy massage 4-6 weeks after baby is born. This massage focuses on restoring the body after delivery with abdominal massage as well as specific complaints of the new mom. This massage is performed in the comfort of your own home on a heated massage table with relaxing music and handmade Signature Cloud 9 massage oil infused with lavender, calendula and rose botanicals.

Cloud 9 Bodywork Policies and Procedures
At Cloud 9 Bodywork, it is our intention to provide our clients with professional and therapeutic services in a relaxing and friendly home environment; we will tailor each treatment to our client’s individual needs. The following policies and procedures serve as a guide for our first-time and repeating guests.
We strongly believe that your time is valuable as is ours and we make every attempt to be ready for your appointment at the scheduled time. In our commitment to provide a unique and outstanding experience to all of our clients and out of consideration for our therapists’ time, we have adopted the following policies:
Therapists Arrival to Your Massage Treatment
The therapist will arrive at your scheduled appointment time. Please expect 10-15 minutes for set up and consultation. This allows you the time to fill out the appropriate client form (new clients), change and prepare for the service. All treatment sessions have a specific time schedule and early arrival allows for a relaxed and unhurried experience. If, for any reason, the client is running late to receive the therapist at the scheduled appointment time your service may be shortened in order to keep on schedule and the original treatment time may be charged. If, for any reason, the therapist is running late they will let you know via text. If time allows the therapist will accommodate the full session time.
Cancellation Policy and Fees
Your therapy times are reserved exclusively for you. We value your business and ask that you respect the office scheduling policies. Should you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify us at least 48 hours in advance.
Any cancellations between 24-48 hours of notice are subject to a cancellation fee of 50% of the cost of booked service ($67.50 for 60 minute session, $102.50 for 90 minute session). Clients who cancel or reschedule within 24 hours or miss their appointments without giving any prior notification will be charged in full for the scheduled service. We recognize the time of our clients and staff is valuable and have implemented this policy for this reason. When you miss an appointment with us, our therapists not only lose your business, but also the potential business of other clients who could have scheduled an appointment for the same time. Additionally, our staff will be functioning in an “on call” status and may have already traveled to your location specifically for your service. For these reasons, we are obligated to compensate our staff for their time.
All services require a credit card or gift certificate to guarantee a reservation so please have your credit card and/or gift certificate ready when booking. You will not be billed unless there is a cancellation or no show. Upon checkout, guests may choose their method of payment and are not obligated to use their credit card for payment.
Late Arrival Policy
All treatment sessions have a specific time schedule therefore we regret that late starts may not receive extension of scheduled appointments. In special cases, and when our schedule will allow, we may be able to accommodate a partial or full appointment. This will be at our discretion and only with proper, advanced notification of your late arrival. The original reservation fee will be charged.
No Show Policy
At Natural Therapy Wellness Center, we understand that unanticipated events occur in everyone’s life. Unforeseen events such as car problems, business meetings and children’s illnesses, are just a few reasons why one might consider canceling a massage appointment. However, we ask that you call if you cannot keep your appointment. Clients who miss their appointments without giving any prior notification may be charged in full for the scheduled service.
Informed Consent
Prior to each massage session, the treatment plan will be discussed with you. At your first visit with us you will be asked to sign the treatment consent form stating that you have read the information, understand it, and agree to comply with the professional massage therapy policies and procedures. Clients who we have not seen for at least a year may also be asked to fill out this form.
Reservations
In order to help ensure that you obtain your desired appointments, we recommend scheduling your appointment as far in advance as possible to ensure availability. To accommodate your desired appointment a credit card is required at the time of booking to guarantee your reservation. We hold this information as part of our cancellation policies and only make necessary charges to your account on the date of your scheduled service. Details of our cancellation policy are provided below.

Scope of Practice
Cloud 9 Bodywork therapists are CA licensed professionals and held to the highest standards of the American Massage Therapy Association. Massage Therapy is a profession in which the practitioner applies manual techniques, and may apply adjunctive therapies, with the intention of positively affecting the health and well-being of the client. Licensed Massage Therapists do not diagnose or prescribe for medical conditions. Our therapist may refer you to a medical doctor for diagnosis or treatment. Our services are not intended as an alternative for proper medical attention for specific conditions. Please refer to a medical doctor for any specific condition which requires medical treatment.
Respect for Client Needs and Boundaries
Our Massage Therapists are happy to adjust pressure, temperature, musical volume, work longer on an area or move on if you request it. The client may choose to: leave on as much clothing as needed for comfort, refuse any massage methods, stop massage at any time. The client will always be modestly draped. Only the area being massaged will be undraped. The clients will be kept informed of the area to be massaged. Sexual interaction or discussion of any kind between the client and the massage therapist is NEVER appropriate.
Confidentiality and Conversation
We treat all client visits and conditions as confidential. As such, we will not discuss your visit with anybody outside of our staff without your express permission. You may choose to talk or not talk during the massage. Conversation will be guided by the client’s direction.
Existing and New Medical Conditions
It is the responsibility of the client to keep the massage therapist informed of any medical treatment currently being taken, and to provide written permission from the physician, chiropractor, physical therapist, etc., that the massage may be continued. The client must also keep the massage therapist informed of any changes in health conditions. For clients undergoing chemo and radiation therapies – Please note that we require a doctor’s note that states the doctor is aware of and agrees to the desired treatment.

Hi! I’m Andrea Morgan, licensed massage therapist (CMT #17042) and owner of Cloud 9 Bodywork. I offer in-home massage therapy for busy moms who need relief from the stress of busy lives, as well as muscle pain and tension. I help moms carve out some much needed quiet time to relax and reset the mind and body.
Whether you are a mom who is tired from chasing toddlers, drop offs and pickups from school and sports, being responsible for three meals a day, sitting at a desk all day long, on your feet for long hours, or are simply a weekend warrior, I’m here to help relieve your pain and tension and give you the time to relax your racing mind.
